    Hi guys!! Hope you all are well. Vacationing in Fl. this week, a strange and wonderous experience to have no place I have to be. Anyway, told Matthew about a fabulous fruit salad you must try. See you next week!!

    Couscous 1cup
    oj concentrate 1/2cup
    white wine vinegar 2tblsp
    sugar 1tblsp
    veg. oil 1tblsp
    grated orange peel 1teasp
    blueberries,strawberries,raspberries 1cup each
    1/2inch cut peach and plum
    fresh mint 1/2cup
    top w/feta
    great with lemon and rice soup and grilled pita
